In the latest social media buzz, a disgruntled fan of the singer took to Instagram to slide into the artistās DMs, expressing impatience and even issuing a threat, questioning if new music was in the pipeline.
Surprisingly, Wizkid found the fanās outburst rather amusing and responded to the situation.
He disclosed that heās currently on a well-deserved holiday and wishes to relish life. In a subsequent Instagram story, he hinted at a potential return in four years, emphasizing the importance of savoring the fruits of his labor.
In yet another slide, Wizkid mused that it might even stretch to five years before his musical comeback, contemplating possible ventures into football, golf, FIFA, or even the world of wrestling.
Wizkid however takes to Instagram to rant after sharing a message he received from a fan.
The āEssenceā hitmaker on Sunday, 5th November shared a message he received from a fan who raged because he hasnāt released a new song lately.
The fan went on to ask whether āOgunā (deity) is killing him.
This hiatus comes after the grandiose and star-studded burial ceremony he organized for his late mother almost a month ago in Lagos, a lavish event that captured significant attention.
