The highly anticipated annual reality show Big Brother Mzansi has returned for its fourth season which premiered today, Sunday, 21 January, 2024.
The host of the BBM show, Lawrence Maleka, will take the spotlight to introduce the night’s housemates – a diverse blend of fun, eccentric, and bold personalities from various backgrounds.
This eclectic cast promises to engage in entertaining antics as they vie to outwit each other, aiming to capture the hearts of the audience and secure the coveted grand prize of R2-million.
The housemates were revealed, and they shared brief details about themselves, which we will share with you.

1. Makhekhe
Tshepo Tau is a 28-year-old from Soweto. He says he is going to mosha in the house by bringing all the drama, vibe, and entertainment.
2. BravoB
Real Name Lindokuhle Nsele is a 26-year-old from KwaZulu-Natal (KZN). BravoB is a food vendor who believes in testing the waters well before settling with a partner.
3. Sinaye
Sinaye Kotobe is 24-year-old from Eastern Cape. He is leaving a long-term relationship to be in this house, so no mjolo for him?
4. McJunior
Mcjunior Zondi is a 25years old aspiring writer who calls himself a winner already. He said he has all it takes to win the money.
5. Yolanda
Eulenda Monyai is a 32 years old sales consultant/model says she is a talkative, she is overconfident sometimes and confrontational. She is a sales consultant who catches feelings fast.
6. Mpumi
Harriet Mthimunye is a 23 years old from Pretoria is a staunch believer in monogamy and believes she is a disruptor because she is an all-around entertainer.
7. Pale
Palesa Motanyane is 30-year-old Business Development Manager from Johannesburg South, she says she does not like sharing men, and she will never date a Xhosa gent.
8. Mali
Mbali Miya is a 25-year-old Bolt Driver/ Club Hostess from Tembisa. She says she is a disruptor because she breaks relationships.
9. Willy
Wilfred Thathane is a 24yrs old intern who says he is a disruptor because he always chooses violence.
10. Jareed
Mfanele Nduku is a 24 Years Old Structural/Electrical Designer who never settles. He believes in finding a way to keep pushing.
11. Young Pappi
Muthusiemang Bika is 22-year-old student/entrepreneur from Kimberly. He believes #SyaMosha means creating chaos.
12. Liema
Liema is 22years old from Eastern Cape. She is a Student/Bartender who is described as a flirtatious waitress and podcaster. She believes that #SyaMosha means being rebellious, mischievous and doing what you want to do.
13. Mich
Mishack Mazibuko is a 23-year-old content creator and student from Mpumalanga Nelspruit. He is a South African influencer.
14. Sammy_M
Siphosethu Mxunyelwa is a 22 years old gold smith from Eastern Cape. She does not share men.
15. Meelay
Lindokuhle Nsele is a 26years old make-up artist who calls herself a ticking time bomb and she might just mosha the most this season.
16. Zee
Zintle Mofokeng is a 25 years old club hostess; she likes long-term relationships because she dates to marry. Zee promises to bring spice to the show.
17. Chuenzaaa
Real Name Chuene Kapu is 24-year-old, originally from Polkwane but residing in the East Rand of Johannesburg. She represents what they stand for – disrupting the status quo and just infiltrating spaces. She is a Marketing Manager.

30- Years Old Lerato Modise is a Tenderpreneur She is a very dominant in relationships. Right now, I’m learning how to be submissive.

Alfredoh Matingwane is a 26-year-old musician who works as a night club hostess but she’s not a groovist and being in a serious relationship, she already misses her partner.
